Clarendon's Bats Come Alive in 16-1 Win

Clarendon College Softball controlled the game offensively versus McCook on Friday during a 16-1 win over the Indians.

The Bulldogs got things started early in the first inning, scoring 8. The Bulldogs totaled an overall 16 hits on the day with Miramontez, Garza, Hewlett, Wooley, Alvarez, Hill, and Marticorena collecting multiple hits themselves. Dezire Garcia earned the win in the circle for the Bulldogs as she surrendered only one run, on three hits, over four innings, walking zero. Cierra Suire came in at the top of the fifth, throwing one inning in relief giving up no hits and no runs.

The Bulldogs next game is Friday, February 2nd at 4:30 vs. Cisco College.
