A three run first inning pushed the Bulldogs to an early lead over Ranger in game 2. Cristian Laboy came through with a bases loaded RBI single. The second and third runs were scored via a balk and wild pitch.

In contrast to the first game, the Bulldogs offense was able to maintain the offense throughout the game pounding out thirteen hits. The Bulldogs cruised to a 10-4 win. Jose Solis lead the offense with three hits. Erik Rodriguez, Cristian Laboy, and Jonathan Ottenwalder each had two hits while Francis Desilets lead the team with three RBI's.

On the mound, sophomore Fred Fauteux pitched eight innings while giving up only two runs on nine hits and four strikeouts. Fauteux was in control the whole game as he kept the Ranger hitters off-balanced and limited them to only one scoring opportunity.
