Garcia improves to 7-0 on the season

Clarendon College Softball advanced to 14-2 on the season, with a 14-3 victory over Vernon College. The Bulldogs very own Dezire Garcia led the team in the circle as she surrendered three runs on five hits over five innings, striking out three.

Garcia got help from her offense in the first inning scoring 3 out of the gate. Overall, the Bulldogs had 13 hits in game two of the double header led by Sandoval, Garza, and Hewlett, each with multiple hits. The fourth inning rally came in clutch for the Bulldogs scoring 8 runs to end the game in 5. Clarendon did not commit a single error in the contest.

The Bulldogs look to take the field again this Friday at Seward College at 1 & 3.
