The Livestock Judging Teams were busy again this past weekend.  They competed in El Dorado and Wichita, KS.  It was tough competition but both teams did well and walked away from the competitions with a positive attitude and the drive to prepare for the next one.

The results were as follows:

El Dorado:     Brayden Hawkins was 4th in sheep out of 278 contestants.  Annie Beldon was 6th in hogs out of 278.

Wichita:         Freshman team was 10th out of 31 teams and 3rd in sheep.

Sophomores were 7th out of 25 teams.

Please be sure to encourage all of these students.  They are working extremely hard and they need to know how proud we are of them.  Also, if you pass coaches Johnny and Curtis in the halls be sure to congratulate them.  They work hard pushing these kids to do their best.
