Region V has announced its women's basketball Players of the Week for Oct. 31 – Nov. 5.
Clarendon College sophomore Autumn Wadsworth was named this weeks Region V Player of the Week from the Western Junior College Athletic Conference (WJCAC).
A 5-7 combo guard from Sparks, Nevada, Wadsworth led Clarendon to a perfect 3-0 week. In those three games, she put up stellar numbers with averages of 17.7 points, 6.3 assists, 3.7 rebounds and 3 steals. She shot a blistering 64.5 (20 of 31) percent from the field, including 68.4 percent (13 of 19) from behind the 3-point arc.
